Cream Chip Dip




Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/4 c butter
    1tbs olive oil
    1/4 c flour
    1 c skim milk
    1oz Cream cheese-fat free
    1tsp garlic salt

Directions

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add oil. Turn to low heat. Slowly add flour to make a rue(pasty looking mix). Let simmer about 45 seconds. Add milk slowly. Once thoroughly mixed, cut in cream cheese. Stir till creamy smooth.Salt to taste. Eat with chips of any sort!

feel free to add chopped peppers of any variety..I also add onions!
