Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, .5 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Milk - Skim (Non Fat), 1 cup
    Peanuts, Planters Cocktail Peanuts (17 pieces)
    Ice Cubes per cube, 5
    Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp

Directions

blend together and drink. chia seeds gel if let sit so I would not let this sit around too long say more than 10 min. If they gel just blend again.
