Ingredients

    1 cup chopped strawberries
    2 kiwi, peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup chopped cucumber
    2 scallions, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped (more or less to taste)

tried this salsa on saturday night it was very good. i used a food processor and it chopped everything up very fine. It was probably meant to be more chunky but it was still delicious!! - 10/13/08

  • I made this for Father's Day dinner and it was a huge hit! My mother-in-law doesn't like anything too spicy so I only used 1/4 of a jalepeno but other than that followed the recipe exactly. Served over quinoa with steamed green beans on the side. Will definitely make this one again! - 6/16/14
