GF Turkey Lasagna

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 pkg DeBoles Lasagna Noodles
    1 ea Egg
    1 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese
    2 Cup Mozerella Cheese - LowFat
    1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
    1.2 lb Gr Turkey
    1 can Jalapeno Peppers, diced, mild
    1 Cup Onions, chopped
    1 jar Ragu Chunky Garden Veg Sauce

Directions

Mix egg and cheeses together in a bowl, set aside. Saute meat and onions, drain any excess fluid. Add in peppers. Use a 9x13 inch pan. Make layers as follows. Sauce, noodles, meat & vegetables, cheese mixture. Repeat, making sure all exposed noodles are covered. End with a layer of sauce on top. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
