Pasta & Veggie Salad

Introduction

Very tasty, low fat pasta salad that eats like a meal!! Very tasty, low fat pasta salad that eats like a meal!!
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1.5 c fuselli mulitgrain
    1.5 c whole wheat macaroni
    3 stalks celery
    1/2 english cucumber
    1 tomato
    4 mushrooms
    3 tbsp green onions
    1/2 cup small broccoli flowers
    4 radishes
    3 oz part skim mozzarella cheese

    Dressing:
    1 c low fat Mayo
    1/4 c nonfat milk
    1 tsp mustard
    1 tsp horseradish (optional)
    1 tsp dill weed
    1 tsp bon apetit
    1 tsp parsley
    dash salt
    dash garlic salt
    1/4 tsp lemon pepper
    1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper

Directions

Cook pasta to el dente, run under cold water & drain. Mix all dressing ingredients, stir well and let it sit in the fridge to "meld". Chunk all vegetables and cheese, add to pasta. Stir dressing again and pour over pasta & vegetables, mix well.

Will give approx 30 - 1/2 cup servings. Very good!!
