Ingredients

    1 Cup Diced Potatoes
    1 Tbsp Diced Onion
    1 Tsp Olive Oil
    salt, pepper, and Paprika to taste

Directions

Fry seasoned potatoes in oil until they brown, add onions and stir until onions are transparent and beginning to brown. Remove to serving place.

Makes one serving.
