Wendy's Power Pancakes

    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 all purpose flour
    1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
    3 T applesauce, unsweetened
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 egg white
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 tsp vanilla


Mix ingredients. Heat electric griddle to 350 degrees. spray with Pam. Pour out four pancakes with a diameter of 5". When they start bubbling, flip.
cook for 1-2 more minutes. Makes 6 - 5" pancakes. One serving equals 2 pancakes. Makes 3 servings.
