4 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
2 t olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
.5 t dried thyme
1 c chicken broth
.25 c lemon juice
2 T minced frech parsley
This recipe comes from Taste of Home's Light & Tasty magazine. Their Nutritional Facts are as follows: (one 4 oz breast and 3 T sauce) 213 Calories,8g fat (3g saturated) 70mg cholesterol, 614mg sodium, 10g cardohydrates, 1g fiber, 25g protein. I don't think Spark Recipes takes the sauce into account. Give it a try, i like to serve a rice and fresh vegetable with this.
