    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced
    Lima Beans, .25 cup
    Beans, red kidney, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, .125 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .125 cup
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup, 2 serving


Spray medium pan with PAM. Cook onions & peppers until tender. Add broth, ham, and dry beans. Cook until beans are done. Salt & Pepper to taste.
