My Shrimp Cocktail

Introduction

Vegetables and shrimp make a great start for a get together, can be very filling but a great hit at our cookouts, and easy to make for last minute lunches. Vegetables and shrimp make a great start for a get together, can be very filling but a great hit at our cookouts, and easy to make for last minute lunches.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    20 pieces med shrimp
    2 med avocadoes, unpeeled, chopped into chunks
    2 jalopenos, deseeded, chopped
    red or white onion, med, chopped
    1 lrg fresh tomato, chopped
    cilantro, dried or fresh, 2 tblsp
    2 limes, juice from these limes
    ketchup, enough to lightly cover these
    ingredients as desired
    tabasco sauce, I use 3 shakes of the bottle or flavor to desire
    salt free crackers

Directions

Mix all ingredients well, cover and leave in icebox to let flavors blend and until chilled, makes enough for 8-10 servings. Serve with the unsalted crackers(We have used tortillas, tortilla chips, and pita bread).
