Introduction

Quick fried rice Quick fried rice
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Royal Blend rice, cooked
    butter
    peas
    corn
    carrots
    broccoli
    chicken breast
    soy sauce
    ground ginger
    cayenne pepper

Tips

This is great for left over rice, chicken and carrots.


Directions

Cook rice according to package instructions. Chill.
While rice is cooling, cut up cooked carrots and chicken. Microwave corn, peas and broccoli until warm.

Heat skillet and melt butter. Add cold rice and vegetables. Heat through. Add chicken. Add soy sauce, ginger and cayenne to taste. Stir until hot.
Serve hot.
