Mango Chicken

    6 oz Chicken Breast Tenderloins
    1/2 C Maria Luna's Mango Pico De Gallo(Costco)
    6 oz. Pineapple Juice
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Corn Starch


Cook the chicken breast in the olive oil until its done throughout. Poor in the pineapple juice and add the Mango Pico De Gallo. Bring to a boil. Add enough cornstarch to thicken the broth. Serve with rice.
