Introduction

This is how I make mashed potatoes. I prefer it to the milk version. This is how I make mashed potatoes. I prefer it to the milk version.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4-5 potatoes, peeled if desired
    1/2 to 1 cup chicken broth
    2 tablespoons butter (optional)

Tips

I use cold broth, but you can warm if you desire. If you prefer, use vegetable broth.


Directions

Boil potatoes until soft. Add chicken broth and butter until potatoes are fluffy.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 1/2 cups
