Loaded Potato Soup

Ingredients

    6 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 stick margarine
    4 oz. fat free cream cheese
    3/4 cup milk
    spices to taste

Directions

Boil chopped potatoes in water until soft. Drain potatoes and return to pan. Add remaining ingredients and cook over low/medium-low heat , stirring occasionally, until margarine and cream cheese are melted and everything is heated through. Top with your favorite baked potato toppers (low-fat cheese, broccoli, chives, whatever). Makes 6 servings
