Introduction

Ingredients

    *Bell Pepper (Red), 1 medium
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 small, chopped

Directions

*heat oil on medium-high heat
*add vegetables and saute for about 3 minutes or until softened
*add egg and move edges periodically to let uncooked egg run to edges
* either fold over or finish cooking top under grill
* serve and enjoy!
