1 pkg sugar free strawberry jello
1 pkg white chocolate sugar free instant pudding
2 cups skim milk
2 quarts fresh strawberries
1 angel food cake (either made from package or bought from store)
1 large container cool whip lite
3/4 cup boiling hot water
Make angel food cake according to directions...cool
Clean strawberries and cut into small pieces or chop. Add artificial sweetner per your preference.
Save 5-6 whole strawberries to garnish the top.
Mix hot water into jello. When completely disolved, add enough ice to make about one cup of jello. When jello starts to thicken, remove any remaining ice cubes. Mix with a beater until jello is broken up. Add 2/3 of cool whip and beat until a nice smooth pink consistency.
Make pudding accoring to directions.
Tear about 3/4 of the angel food cake into bit size pieces. Put about 1/2 of the pieces in the bottom of the triffle bowl. Next layer half of the jello/cool whip mixture, half of the pudding, and half of the chopped strawberries. Repeat the process. Top the final layer of chopped strawberries with the remaining cool whip. Garnish with fresh stawberryies and for a little bit more kick, drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Refrigerate for 4-6 hours
