Pea salad

Ingredients

    1 pkg frozen peas, thawed and rinsed
    1/4 c scallions sliced thin
    1 c seeded and diced cucumber
    1/4 finely diced red pepper
    1 oz fat free feta (crumbled)
    2T rice vinegar
    1T honey
    1t salt
    1/2t pepper

Directions

Combine first six ingredients.

Whisk together vinegar, honey, salt and pepper and pour over vegetables and cheese.

Let stand in refrigerator for at least an hour for flavors to combine.
