Suzy's Southern Sweet Potato Pie



Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * 1-1/2 cups cooked, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes
    * 1-1/2 teaspoons flour
    * 1-cup nonfat milk
    * 1-cup splenda measurable
    * 2-eggs
    * 1-teaspoon vanilla
    * 1/2-teaspoon nutmeg
    * 1/2-teaspoon cinnamon
    * 2-tablespoons liquid butter buds

    Two recipes of the Flaky Low-Fat Pie Crust (see cookbook)

Directions

(1) Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
(2) In a bowl (blender, as this I find is much easier) mix all ingredients together well.
(3) Pour half into each unbaked pie crust and bake the pies for 45-minutes or until done.
