Ingredients

    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia)
    *Idaho Potato, 1 medium, 5.3 oz
    *Idaho Potato, 1 medium, 5.3 oz
    KITCHEN BASICS CHICKEN BROTH (origjnal) BV, 4 serving
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Carrots, raw, 2 carrot (7-1/2")
    CHICKEN BROTH (CAMPBELLS), 2.5 serving
    CHICKEN BROTH (CAMPBELLS), 2.5 serving
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 fl oz
    Red Pepper Flakes 1/8 teas
    Thyme Leaves
    Onion & Garlic Powder


Tips

I mash potatoes and cauliflower first then add to sauté veggies before using immersion blender


Directions

steam cauli and potatoes for 20 minutes
sauté carrots first for 5 min then
sauté celery for 5 min
sauté onions with red peppers and spices thyme, poultry seasoning, garlic & onion powder, celery salt then salt and pepper too
add broth and cauli and pot
cook 15 minutes
use immersion blender or potato masher to blend well
add cream at the end and blend again
add cream
