1 box of Kroger Skillet Creations, Cheddar Cheese Melt
5/6 cup skim milk
2-1/3 cups hot water
1 lb lean ground beef (93/7)
2. stir in 1/2 cup milk, 2-1/3 cups hot water, sauce mix, and uncooked pasta
3. heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. reduce heat; cover and simmer about 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
4. while beef mixture is cooking, combine 1/3 cup milk and cheese topping mix in a bowl, stir for 30 seconds and set to the side.
5. remove from heat, uncover and pour cheese topping over beef mixture. Let stand 5 minutes or until sauce is desired consistancy. (Sauce will thicken as it stands).
Makes 5 1-cup servings.
