IntroductionQuick & Easy - Low Fat Quick & Easy - Low Fat
1 Clove or 1 teaspoon of Garlic
1 diced onion
800g tin of crushed tomatoes (of course fresh tomatoes can also be used)
800g tin of water
2 tsp. chicken or vegetable powered stock
1/2 cup or 2 large handfulls of Risoni or Stelline or Pignolina pasta (This a small rice shape Italian Pasta)
Then add tomatoes and water and heat.
Puree all ingredients together.
Add stock, then pasta and cook until tneder. Serves 4
This receipe is a real winner with my kids and soooooooo easy to make.
