Overnight Apple Oatmeal

Introduction

This is really good (and high calorie)!! This is really good (and high calorie)!!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. brown sugar or 2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. dry rolled oats
    2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
    1/2 c. dried cranberries
    1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions

1. Spray inside of slow cooker with non-fat cooking spray.
2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook overnigh, ideally 6-8 hours.

This actually serves 3-4, but my husband and I devour the whole thing, so I made it 2 servings for my own calculations.
