Ingredients

    bean soup mix
    carrots
    celery
    onion
    garlic
    water
    ketchup
    worcestershire sauce
    soy sauce
    salt
    papper
    beef
    pasta

Tips

you may soak beans first for slightly shorter cooking time. any beef is good, even stew meat, but i feel that bones add flavor.


Directions

in 5 qt crock pot, layer beef on bottom, salt & pepper, beans next, then veggies. add water and sauces. cook about 9-10 hours. add pasta 1/2 hr before serving
