Ingredients

    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 Can (19 oz)
    Tahini, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon
    Salt, Cajun Spice and Hotsauce to taste.


Directions

Makes about 20, 2 tbsp servings.

Rinse Chickpeas.
Place in food processor.
Add remaining ingredients.
Flavor with spices and hotsauce to taste.

Enjoy with veggies or whole grain crackers
