Basic Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients

    8 oz or 1/2 block firm tofu, crumbled
    1 Yukon Gold Potato, diced
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tsp ground turmeric


Tips

This is a basic scramble and you can add other veggies to it or vegan sausage.


Directions

Crumble tofu in mixing bowl with a whisk. Microwave or steam potato. add tofu, and salt to heated pan and slowly stir, cook about 3 to 4 mins. Add potato and turmeric, scramble for about 1 min.
