Peppermint stick hot chocolate

    * Milk, 1%, 8 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed (remove)
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .33 cup (remove)
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Nutmeg, ground, .8 tsp (remove)
    * Semisweet chocolate, 3 oz (approx 60 pcs) (remove)
    * *Candy Cane, Medium (5"), 12 serving (remove)
    * Marshmallow Candy, .75 cup of miniature (remove)


Combine, milk, brown sugar, cocoa, vanilla, nutmeg and semi-sweet chocolate in a large saucepan over med-low heat. Cook 25 mins or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally. Serve with candy canes & marshmallows. Garnish with whole grated nutmeg if desired.
