Suzannes's Chicken Marbella

Ingredients

    5 chicken thighs
    2 T garlic paste
    4 bay leaves
    1/4 c dried oregano
    1/4 c dried parsley
    1 8-oz jar green olives
    1/2 c red wine vinegar
    1/4 c olive oil
    1 c apple juice
    5 T sucralose blend

Tips

Directions

Combine all ingredients except for sucralose blend in a marinade container. Marinade for 4 - 6 hours, turning several times.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place chicken pieces in a single layer in a baking pan. Pour over marinade.
Top each piece with one T of sucralose blend.
Cover pan and cook for about 30 minutes
Uncover and continue to cook until skin/sucralose mixture browns, about another 10-15 minutes.
