    Turkey Breasts
    2 Eggs
    Bread Crumbs (Seasoned w/Whole Wheat)
    Flour
    2T Olive Oil
    2T Butter
    12 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
    3/4 C Dealcoholized White Wine
    3/4 C Chicken Broth
    1.5 Onions
    2T Paprika (Hungarian/Regular)


Directions

Pound Meat; Flour, Egg & Bread Cutlets; Bake
Puree Onions & Cook in Large Frypan w/Oil, Butter, Sour Cream, Wine, Chicken Broth, Paprika, Salt, Pepper,Grd Thyme & Parsley.
Simmer Cutlets in Sauce & Serve over Rice or Pasta
