Ingredients



    Oats, Quaker, 4.5 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 2/3 cup
    Honey, 3/4 cup
    *Wholesome Sweeteners dark brown sugar, 1/3 cup
    *Bob's RedMill Shredded Unsweetened Coconut, 5 tbsp
    Pumpkin Seeds, 1/2 cup
    Walnuts, 1/2 cup, chopped

Directions

Cook for 18-25 minutes at 325- let rest and cool before cutting

Serving Size: Makes 25 3 inch pieces (cooked in a flat baking sheet)
