Crustless Spinach and Feta Quiche

Introduction

The goodness of quiche without the fattening crust! This is a favourite for any meal at my house. The goodness of quiche without the fattening crust! This is a favourite for any meal at my house.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 10 oz packages frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    3/4 cup feta, crumbled
    5 eggs
    1 tbsp dill weed
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350'F

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Distribute evenly into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until egg is set. Take out of oven, and pop the quiches out to cool. Tasty served warm or cold!
