Sausage Egg Bake

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    6 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c milk (calories based on 1% milk)
    4 hash brown potato patties
    3/4 t salt
    1 t dry mustard
    1/2 pkg (8 oz.) Jimmy Dean gluten free ground sausage
    1 c cheddar cheese grated
    1/2 medium onion chopped

Directions

Brown sausage, drain on paper towel.
Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard.
Place hash brown patties in 8"X 8" pan. Put sausage and cheese on top of patties.
Pour egg mix on top.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 9 servings, 2 1/2" square pieces
