Ingredients

    Sweet Potatoes
    Broccoli
    Brussel Sprouts
    Onions
    Garlic
    Mushrooms
    Zucchini
    Adzuki Beans
    Avocado Oil
    Bell Pepper
    Jalapeno Pepper

    Cayenne
    Chili Powder
    Pepper
    Salt
    Cumin
    Garlic Powder

Directions

Start with the potatoes and spices and when they are almost soft, throw in the onion, peppers, and garlic. Cook that until the onions are almost translucent and then throw everything else in. Sometimes it helps to cook the broccoli and brussel sprouts in the microwave with a little water to soften them up if you want to save time.
