Meatloaf w/Maple Glaze

Ingredients

    **Meatloaf**
    1 lb 97/3 ground turkey
    1 lb low fat ground pork
    1/2 cup stove top mix dry
    2 Tbsp dried onions (or 1/4 small onion diced)
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 egg


    **Glaze**
    1/2 cup reduced sugar ketchup
    1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup

    **note**
    You can use any combination of ground meat in your meatloaf, just so it measures about 2lbs. I usually make with whatever I have on hand.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*


Mix all meatloaf ingredients in large bowl with hands until well combined. Then form into loaf in 9x9 baking dish. Cook for 45 min.


Meanwhile mix glaze ingredients together, seperate 1/2 cup in different bowl & set aside.


After 45 min, remove meat loaf from oven. From one portion of glaze drizzle 1/4 cup over loaf. Return to oven; bake 15 minutes. Drizzle remaining portion of glaze over loaf; bake 15 more minutes on until no longer pink in center.

Let stand 5 min before slicing. Serve with remaing glaze drizzled over each serving.
