Number of Servings: 1
Chicken breast (4 oz.)
Black Beans (1/2 cup)
Onions (1 oz.)
Mayo (1 tbsp.)
Dijon Mustard (1 tbsp.)
Garlic (to taste--I use 1 tbsp.)
Cut up chicken and mix with other ingredients. Serve on a low-carb wrap with veggies and fruit on the side for a terrific lunch or a quick dinner on the run. If you wanted to cut the calories even further, you can omit the mayo or opt for the low fat/no fat variety.
