2 boneless pork chops, cut into stir fry strips
2 cups frozen oriental vegetables
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Lite Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
2 bags boil-in-bag brown rice
Add pork. Cook for about one minute until just browned.
Add vegetables and sauce. Cook until tender.
Make rice following directions on the box.
Makes 4 servings (1/2 bag of rice + Stir fry)
