Protein Pizza

Ingredients

    1-Extreme Wellness Low Carb High Fiber Tortilla
    4 oz. ground chicken breast cooked and crumbled
    2 tbsp. Pizza Sauce
    1 tsp. dehydrated onion
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. low fat 2% mozzarella cheese
    Garlic Powder, Italian Seasonings to taste
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook and crumble ground chicken breast with dehydrated onion, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and 1/4 c. water. Broil tortilla for 2 minutes. Spread sauce on tortilla and add cheese and chicken. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes one pizza, cut into quaters, makes 4 servings
