Raw Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

    4 bunches of broccoli
    1 large onion (viddalia is best)
    12 slices meatless or turkey bacon
    1 cup fat free or Just 2 Good Mayonnaise
    3/4 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Directions

Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces
Dice onion (Vidalia is best)
Microwave the bacon on paper towels until crisp and break into small pieces
Mix mayonnaise, splenda, diced onion, bacon & balsamic vinegar together (adjust to your taste)
Pour mixture over broccoli and toss
Refrigerate
