Spicy Avocado Hummus Dip

Spicy Avocado Hummus Dip

Introduction

Healthy dip for snacking. Satisfies without sacrificing taste. Healthy dip for snacking. Satisfies without sacrificing taste.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Add 4 Tbs of hummus to mixing bowl. Add flesh of one avocado to bowl. Discard skin & seed.

    Mash ingredients with fork. Add cayenne pepper to taste. Mix again. You can also use Tabasco sauce if you like a little vinegar taste along with the hot pepper kick.

    Cool in covered serving dish in ice box for an hour to let flavors settle in, or eat it straight up. It's all good!

Tips

Cover dish to keep out air & keep color fresh.
Serve with Stacy's Chips or Crunchmadter a Gluten free Crackers.


Directions

No heat required.
Cold preparation only.
Taste improved if allowed to chill in fridge for an hour or so before serving.
