1 pita bread (I use Food For Life 7 grain)
3 Romaine leaves
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup cucumber slices
2-3 thin onion slices
1 teaspoon organic yellow mustard
Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Sliced cheese can be added also. In place of the mustard, a teaspoon of garlic oil can be drizzled over veggies after stuffing pita if desired. Just allow for the extra calories.
