Ingredients

    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 can
    *Kraft Light Done Right Ranch Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
    *Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz
    *Onion powder, 2 tbsp
    *Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    *Paprika, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
    *Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)

Directions

pour rice (uncooked) into 9x9 baking pan
layer vegetables then chicken
mix all other ingredients in separate bowl and pour onto layers
cook in oven @ 350 for 90 minutes
uncover and continue to cook for 5-10 minutes
