Introduction

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Peppers with garlic Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Peppers with garlic
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 c frozen broccoli
    2 c frozen cauliflower
    2 c frozen carrot slices
    2 Tbsp Lt. Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp chopped garlic
    1/2 c sliced green pepper
    1/2 c sliced red pepper

Directions

put broccoli, cauliflower, carrots in microwave on high about 5 -8 minutes (to desired 'crunchiness')
In pan heat oil on med high add garlic saute until browned. Add peppers - stir fry 2 minutes. pour over veggies.
serving size =2 cups
