Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 pounds cubed beef steak
    2 large eggs
    2 T soy sauce
    2 T Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c Wondra™ flour
    1 c plain bread crumbs
    2 T onion powder
    2 T garlic powder
    1 T parsley flakes
    1/4 c ground parm-romano cheese
    bacon renderings for frying

Directions

Dry cubed steaks. Toss with Wondra™ flour in a plastic zipper bag.
Egg wash:
2 eggs, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, a little water or milk if necessary
Breading mix:
bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes, ground cheese, few grinds of peppercorns

Heat bacon renderings to moderate heat in a heavy skillet.

Dip tossed meat pieces in egg wash, then breading mix, then fry gently in bacon renderings. Don't fiddle with them! Turn once. "Done" should be when the meat feels solid but not hard. There should be a golden brown crust.
Remove and drain on paper.

If desired, make a milk gravy with leftover flour/breading, butter, and milk or cream.
The gravy is not included in the nutrition info.
