Introduction

Fantastic low-carb replacement for rice (or couscous) Fantastic low-carb replacement for rice (or couscous)
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 small head of raw cauliflower
    dash of ground black pepper

Directions

Blend cauliflower flowerets in the food processor until cauli resembles rice texture.

Place a little ground black pepper and around a tbsp water into the bowl.

Zap in the microwave, on HIGH, for around 5 minutes.

Serve.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings (or less)
