Ingredients

    *Danon Oikos Blueberry Fruit on Bottom Greek Yogurt 6 oz.
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .25 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    Egg, 1 large
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, 3 dash
    Applesauce, sweetened, 1/3 cup
    *Splenda, 1/2 cup

Tips

The greek yogurt was not quite 6 oz, so I added just a little of another container


Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Spray a 8 x 8 pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth about 1 minute. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely, the cut into 9 brownies.
