Wendy's lowfat blueberry muffins

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup all purpose flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg white
    3/4 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    3/4 cup fresh blueberries
    1 tsp. lemon peel

Directions

Place muffin wrappers in muffin pan. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients to dry. Put 1/4 cup of dough in each muffin cup. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
