Mango-Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

    2/3 cup fresh cut mango
    1/2 large or 1 small banana
    1 cup fresh pineapple chunked, cored, peeled
    1 1/2 cups Almond or Coconut Milk
    1/2 cup - 4 ounces greek yogurt vanilla
    ice cubes to desired thickness

Directions

follow your Vitamix or blender directions for smoothies. I usually put my milk, yogurt and protein powder in first - then add the fruit. Blend fully - then add the desired amount of ice - blend again.

Serving Size: make 3 - 4 6 ounce smoothies
