  • I made these for a family dinner today. I didn't have any almond butter, and my granddaughter and DIL don't like peanut butter, so I used 2T. coconut oil and 1/2 c. almond meal. They were VERY tasty! Will make again tomorrow with peanut butter for the wonderful chocolate/peanut butter taste I love. - 2/20/15
