    1/2 cup banana, sliced
    2 tablespoons Coconut, sweetened,
    3/4 cup Pineapple Tidbits in natural Juice
    1/4 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    2 tablespoons Fit & Active Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
    3/4 cup Milk, nonfat

Directions

Put the coconut & oatmeal into the single serving blender & blended them together. Than add the rest of ingredients & blend them together. Pour in one pint jar put a lid on it. Put into refrigerator.
