    1 cup Great Value Triple Berry Mix
    1/2 cup Milk, nonfat
    1/4 cup Fit & Active Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
    1/4 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
