Creamed chicken

    3 cups cut up chicken, cooked
    1/4 cup butter
    1/3 cup flour
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 1/2 cups milk


cut up chicken, set aside. Melt butter in saucepan. add flour & whisk about 2 minutes. Remove from heat & add chicken broth, whisk for about 2 more minutes. Return to heat & add milk. Whisk constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and add chicken. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6
